This cover is very easy to fit. The machined aluminum could have been milled a bit smoother, but it made a lot of contact with the 3 main chips on the Pi 4. With cpuburn-a53, I couldn't get it to go above 73C with the fan off, which is about room temperature. Which is good as the fan was definitely louder than on: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WR8D4ZL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I've tried 3.3v and 5v and both are annoying. So I just unplugged the fan. It is very durable with clean seams and very close to ports. I just wish they would make a version with a better built in fan with temperature control or no fan at all.
