The customer support has been excellent. They have really helped us understand how our analytics can help improve our stores. And they are very good about keeping you up-to date with new features as they come out! Sometimes it takes some digging in order to get them to answer your questions or give you an update. If they do not know something, then they will try to find someone who does. This could take days sometimes weeks even if there is no one else available. I wish we had this tool sooner so we would be able to track everything down before problems came up later. We used to use other software but realized after awhile that it was just too much for what we needed. So we decided to go with VEDA LAB because of its simplicity. It made things easier by allowing us to keep all of our data within.
