Excellent Analytics Software - Would highly recommend

The customer support has been excellent. They have really helped us understand how our analytics can help improve our stores. And they are very good about keeping you up-to date with new features as they come out! Sometimes it takes some digging in order to get them to answer your questions or give you an update. If they do not know something, then they will try to find someone who does. This could take days sometimes weeks even if there is no one else available. I wish we had this tool sooner…

Veda has helped us with our customer experience and we are already seeing positive results

Veda has provided us with comprehensive data on customer behavior, allowing us to optimize our marketing efforts. The team has been very responsive to our needs and has demonstrated a keen interest in the success of our business. We haven’t been provided full access to all of our key performance indicators (which limits their insights on the business). There are a few missing data points that would also help. We are currently using the data for analysis purposes but will be looking into full…
