Veda has helped us with our customer experience and we are already seeing positive results

Veda has provided us with comprehensive data on customer behavior, allowing us to optimize our marketing efforts. The team has been very responsive to our needs and has demonstrated a keen interest in the success of our business. We haven’t been provided full access to all of our key performance indicators (which limits their insights on the business). There are a few missing data points that would also help. We are currently using the data for analysis purposes but will be looking into full implementation of Veda in the near future. We are able to achieve a 360-view in the stores across multiple touch points. This helps us to understand and improve the in store experience. Our key metrics are improving year-on-year and we are also seeing an uplift in footfall, which is very exciting! Veda has allowed us to understand the in store experience and optimize the experience to ensure repeat visits. The team is very responsive, always willing to share ideas and best practices. Their system works well and I am able to access data from every store in my region. I would highly recommend working with them! Nothing really. We were looking for a way to have better insight into our stores. We wanted to be able to see what was happening in each of our stores as quickly as possible.
