I like the design and installation. Without these reasons I would have given 1 star. But maintaining a connection with my Pixel 4 phone is no easy task. Sometimes it works every time. Second, I have to force it into pairing mode by manually connecting it each time. When I look at my device list on my phone, it often doesn't show up on previously paired devices. Other times there are multiple entries for the device and I need to delete them all before I can pair the device again. For best results, manually unplug the device before getting out of the car. It's annoying to use. But once I get it working it will be a fantastic addition to my driving experience. I've used it long enough to know a quick way to work around the shortcomings. If you want something that just works flawlessly, look elsewhere. If you're okay with solving problems for something that looks great, this is for you.
