I give this unit the lowest rating because it shuts down after a very short time rendering it unusable. They say press any button or key to wake it up but that doesn't work whereas usually you have to go back to the sound source and set everything up again. Apparently no one knows how to make a device with an off and on button. They all clearly think we want them to turn off the devices for us to make them useless again. I advise people not to buy this product.

Unreliable. It pairs great, works when initially paired, but then comes back a few days or a week later and doesn't work at all. You need to remove and re-pair the BT pairing on your phone to make it work again (rinse, repeat). I *may* give it 2 stars because I have it on my MTB and the magnetic mount works great, I ride very aggressive trails and it stays there with no problems.
