I have no complaints, only praise. And also apologize to the seller. i have a button It seems well made, good weight, raised labels on each control so I can "feel" what I'm doing. The included straps (in 3 sizes) to attach to the handlebars are a really good idea, they feel thick and strong. When I first installed and tested it, everything looked fine. Then, when I got out of the car twice, some of my clothing - a jacket, a bunch of keys - caught the button and pulled it out of the holder. The second time he fell out of the car and I was lucky enough to see him as I turned to swing in the side mirror. So I sent a message to the seller complaining that there was a problem with the magnetic attachment and the button that fits into the mount. They asked for a photo and also offered to send a replacement base. A cold day intervened and I only went to take pictures every other day. And I took the button out of the base, took a picture of the base, then rotated the button to take a picture of the back and saw - a protective plastic coating on the back of the button! Which I didn't notice and that was probably enough of a barrier to reduce the "hold" between the button and the base, allowing it to easily disengage when snapped in place. Sigh. Guilty. Therefore I give 5 stars. I'd deduct one for the fact that while the button connects quickly, it requires a single press to "wake up" so to speak, before subsequent presses trigger the desired action. This is only the first press after pairing when in range. After that it works as expected until the end of the Bluetooth session. But then I'll add an extra star for the seller's responsiveness and commitment to support. So pure 5 stars. Actually, I'm going to buy another one for my wife, so here's my approval.
