Review on 🔌 TOTU 8 in 2 USB C Hub for MacBook Pro 2020/2019-2016 | Dual 4K HDMI, 100W PD, 3 USB 3.0 by Jason Holt

I had to update this review as the replacement is starting to fail. It all started with my monitor, which was connected via HDMI. It started blinking, occasionally at first so I could bear it, but it started happening more and more often. I thought it might be the HDMI cable so I replaced it but it didn't help. I then replaced it with another hub and haven't had any problems since. I am changing my rating to one star. Support Message: Please DO NOT contact me again. I will not use your products again in the future. ------------- -------------------After the first rating (one star) below, I was contacted by the support team and replaced the original bushing that I bought for another model. It worked very well. It wasn't a flush, but I still use it today and it hasn't let me down. Thank you to the team and updating the rating to 5 stars. -------------------------------------- ------------------------- -------- ----------------------- Some USB devices (e.g. keyboard) will not work even though they are do with other hubs. It won't stay in if my MacBook Pro moves even a little. This is a laptop, it will move. This causes monitors to flicker, hard drives to spin up during use (especially bad when uploading files to an HD), etc. It only connects to the left side of the Mac and has no ethernet port. I could live with the last two issues, but the first two are deal breakers as they are the top two reasons I need/buy a hub. After 2 minutes I realized that this wasn't going to work. I've tried this on at least 3 Macs, so I know it's not a one-off issue with any specific Mac. On the positive side, it has a nice design and the color goes well with my Mac. It just doesn't make sense to look good if it doesn't work functionally.
