Not great, especially for the money!
$12.25 for a cheap plastic toilet paper holder with little plastic handles attached is WAY too much for what you get. I have a young son who has trouble getting toilet paper when the roll is new so I bought this one thinking it would help him. It offers a little more clearance for the reel to spin, but it falls under the weight of the reel so the reel rests against the bottom of the dispenser and still doesn't spin. You have to get everything out and spin the reel very carefully, otherwise it just won't work.
