We love how the user interface is very intuitive for anyone that is new using this application, as well as existing users of other programs like Revit or Sketchup would be able to quickly learn it when they first start working with them because everything works similarly. There's nothing I dislike in general but we have found that sometimes certain applications can take longer than expected/planned so our projects are delayed while waiting for their software to work (which could cause additional delays if you're already behind schedule). This does not happen often, only occasionally, or at most once per year with some clients so far we haven't run into issues that required us to extend timeframes. Our AECO team has been using AVIR since 2016 to ensure all designs meet code requirements and documentation standards. The benefits include quick turnaround times compared to traditional paper design documents, increased efficiency by having access to detailed 3D models throughout the project lifecycle and reduced risk through automated compliance checking prior to project execution. We The software is easy enough for me as an inexperienced user but also has some advanced features that are not too difficult once you get used it. I have been able to use my own CAD drawings instead of having them sent in from another vendor or supplier which was previously required by other programs we had tried before this one! It's helped us keep track of our project schedule much more effectively than with paper-based methods alone so far - no issues at all here (knock wood!).
