Review on 🔧 Bosch BC1521 QuietCast Premium Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set: Compatible with Honda Crosstour, CR-V, Odyssey; Subaru Legacy, Front – Efficient & Quiet Braking Performance by Trevor Blazis

I've installed them (and lubricated the caliper guides, checked for binding, mounted/installed, etc.) and found several times that they overheat (start smelling) in situations where the previous (two sets) OEM -Brake pads were never made. I live in Colorado and ride in the mountains/at a high level and I don't think that's up to the task. I've downshifted on rough terrain, which I don't normally do, and generally don't have much confidence in these pads. They may be acceptable for flat seating, but they won't be my first choice. (I'll admit the price is good, so it's probably good value for money if you don't expect much from them.)
