I read many reviews and chose this pizza. I'm glad I did! This holds a much larger pizza than my old wooden pizza. I would recommend putting a decent amount of cornmeal on the pizza skin to help the pizza slide off the skin and onto the pizza stone. Like other reviewers, I don't use the long handle that comes with the pizza skin - the metal handle portion is long enough to use to cook pizza in a conventional kitchen oven. It's nice to have a wooden handle when using a pizza peel with an outdoor oven or grill. I don't put the bowl in the dishwasher. Easy to hand wash. I am very happy with this purchase. Exactly what I was looking for!
