I used to work in a pizzeria so I just didn't want to look at those 'stupid' wooden spatulas. Metallic, FLAT, like this one, is what you need. Dust a spatula with breadcrumbs and place a pizza (frozen or fresh) on top and it slides easily over the pizza stone in the oven. Because it's "flat," you can also take the pizza off the stone when it's done.

Just the right size for my 14" pizza that was baked on my 15" x 15" pizza stone. I don't use a wooden handle as it's too long for a domestic stove, but the metal plug that the handle screws into makes a good handle. I might consider cutting off the wooden handle a bit and using that. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I paid €26.95.

It makes pizza night so much easier. We shape our pizza on a spatula and simply place it in a pizza stone that has already been preheated in the oven. We used parchment paper to help with gluing, especially since one of our pizza stones is new and tends to stick. Worked great. There were no sharp edges, the handle was smooth. I definitely recommend this pizza turner.

I love this pizza skin! This hS bowl has made pizza baking so much easier! I can preheat my stone and then place it directly on the stone with the rind. Getting a pizza is also very easy! The bowl is easy to clean - just a little soap and water. I like drying with a towel so there are no stains. I had no problem maneuvering the tray in my oven and it's firm enough for a calzone or a loaded pizza. This is a great product! worth $$!

There are so many pizza turners out there that it's hard to choose just one. I'm happy to report that it's good. I decided to go over the edges with this sandpaper just to make it even smoother. Unlike other blades I've read about there wasn't anything to cut you, I just tweaked it a bit and it took about two minutes. The paddle is well built, with solid riveted construction and metal fittings on the handle that bolt together quickly and securely. I would buy this paddle again and recommend it.

I read many reviews and chose this pizza. I'm glad I did! This holds a much larger pizza than my old wooden pizza. I would recommend putting a decent amount of cornmeal on the pizza skin to help the pizza slide off the skin and onto the pizza stone. Like other reviewers, I don't use the long handle that comes with the pizza skin - the metal handle portion is long enough to use to cook pizza in a conventional kitchen oven.
