Well since HP doesn't have the cartridge I need I had to buy a generic brand. The first cartridge barely fit in the printer. It's tight, but I finally managed to get it to "click" hoping I didn't just break my printer. Second, the colors are definitely not as bright and rich as HP inks. This is definitely an issue for me as I use this printer to print images that I use in my art. The flower blank I printed was matte and not light as usual. It also printed a line on the petals. I do not know why. I took out the magenta cartridge, squeezed it a little, and it printed a little darker, which isn't an idea. But since I'm a bit stuck I have to use them. If you don't care about brightness and exact color matching, then these are your guys. eeeee.
