I have a 2009 Civic Si sedan and burned out my rear pads after about 22 miles due to Honda's brake force distribution nonsense. Replaced the fronts (which had some life left) with these and the rears with the same line (HB145F.570). They can be noisy around town (e.g. creaking/groaning noise when releasing the brakes up a hill), but when they get the job done, they're much better than the stock pads. Driven up and down Palomar Mountain in San Diego which is a challenge at speed for both cars and bikes and these pads have performed exceptionally well without fading, especially going downhill. My mechanic claims they are seizing on the factory rotors. like nothing else, but I haven't had them in the car long enough to be sure. I don't notice any dust change compared to factory pads.
