Review on K&N Motorcycle Oil Filter KN-112: High Performance, Premium Filter 🏍️ for Honda & Kawasaki Bikes - Use with Synthetic or Conventional Oils by Lamont Manjrekar

I can't tell you how much more efficient this filter is than the stock filter but it was a perfect drop in replacement for my 2013 CBR250R. The materials appear to be the same as the others. A few tips for those who work around the house with the same motorcycle 1) Remove the filter cover slowly as there is a spring inside to ensure a good fit. You don't want to lose him. 2) DO NOT overtighten the four bolts on the oil filter cover. They are easy to remove. 3) DO NOT overfill oil (as with any engine). Be sure to check the oil level after running the engine for one minute with the motorcycle in the upright position and not on the sidestand. There is a good article on this on the CBR250R forums.
