I thought I would take some time to use this product before writing a review. But at first I thought it was a great thermometer, but I think I was overwhelmed by how easy it was to use. But I took my daughter to the emergency room 2 days ago because she was misbehaving. When we got there they asked if she had a fever and I said no but she was really warm. The temperature at home was 98.7, 97.6 and in the hospital 102.2 mmm. This can't be true but they did it again and yes it was her temperature. This also happened about 15 minutes after I took her last temperature which was 99.3. I don't think her temperature went up nearly 4 degrees in 15 minutes. Very frustrating and disappointing that I cannot rely on the product I purchased. I would not recommend this thermometer to anyone.
