Despite rave reviews, this product, or at least the unit I received, does not work as advertised. First, when loosened, the swivel clamp just doesn't loosen enough to allow the head to rotate. I kept trying to see if I could move the clamp further. Even watched the video with no help. After a few hours everything has loosened up a bit so I can turn my head but I can't brush my teeth - they always get in the way. Second, the quick release (which is very similar to a QR hub) doesn't work properly for the legs. . It pretends to be either too loose or too tight, but there are no Goldilocks here. This means the legs were never secured and the block continued to close on its own. Extremely disappointing. Eventually I got him to persevere, but that doesn't inspire confidence. Also, the metal head (not really a clamp) of this device, related to the rotating aspect, appears to have five screws - but mine is missing one. There was a random screw in the package, but there was no thread in the head - otherwise I can't tell where this screw goes. That doesn't inspire confidence either. Finally the seller. What if you don't send me a returned device next time? The box was open at one end and covered with green tape (the other end was clear tape.
