Love the sleek design and build quality of this cooker. I cooked a whole pepper in it and salted the chicken. Cooking the chicken in water on the stovetop for 5-10 minutes and leaving it in the pan overnight was enough for me. The next day I have tender chicken and a wonderful soup. The only disappointment was that the cookbook was in Japanese! I contacted Revain and the Homono company that sold the product, neither of them could help. Now I have this wonderful cookbook that I can understand! I can't easily find other heat cooker recipes. People advised me to try Google Image Translator. But that's not the same as holding a nice cookbook in your hands. Too bad.
