garbage. I ordered a month ago so I can't return it. Opened it up this morning and it's clear someone else tried to build it and brought it back. Mine is damaged and unusable. The design lacks a key component that even cheap watches have; Mother to hold the minute hand. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time and money. Edited on 08/18 Since this review was published, the company has repeatedly contacted me with concern and interest to ensure I am satisfied. Offered a full refund or replacement. I received a replacement and found that my complaints did not reflect the product. My claim now goes to whoever damaged it, lost the item and returned it. Somewhere along the line he slipped through cracks. The novelty works perfectly, the sound is a little louder than other similar watches, but it's a watch! Your customer service gets 5 stars.
