Great! I added this to my Herman Miller Aeron, no holes drilled! It took some thought, but it works great! Added a video with the end result. Parts to buy: 2x 3-1/2 tarp/rope hooks, 2x 1/4-20 non-swivel nylon slide pin, 2x 1/4-20 nut, 2x 1/4" - 28". Nut", 2x "wing washer 1/4". Thread the black OEM bolts through the Lorell block and bottom hole of the tarp/rope hook with washer and nut, do not over tighten. The trick is getting the solid nylon rail in place without scratching the top of the chair. I put a small piece of rubber between the 1/4 bolt and the top of the chair. Then I strung 1/4-20 fat on the back. The nut will not sit flush (flat) with the tarp/rope hook, it doesn't matter that it's held in place. The assembly is very solid. It's very comfortable, 10/10 and I'm 5ft 10 inches tall. All in all for the whole range less than $20. The video shows that the upper part of the headrest can be easily moved. I was still assembling the block and I was pressing firmly.
