had to replace my filter, my current aquraclear 30 filter burned out the motor, i decided to try this device. What a waste of time, there is no media to buy, carbon ceramic or whatever you use, there is no way to refill it and run it after 3 hours trying different hoses you have. I've been all over the house, I finally got it running only to wake up in the middle of the night what can only be described as an owl screeching in my living room, eventually the filter stopped and then the motor burned out, now let's talk consumption, when i finally got it working, the stream coming out of the duckbill tube could barely get a three petal lily out of the way but without a filter to move the water most of the fish i had are dead now,
