Ambiguous assessment. I am not satisfied with the product but I am satisfied with the result. The product came with a defect - the lid of the powder bucket was removed and about a quarter of the powder was poured into the outer packaging. And I actually saw another review with this problem before buying, never thought this would happen to me. But I didn't return it. Why? I called support and was told it would take me a few days to get a new one and in the meantime I need to return the old one. But I've already scheduled Sunday for carpet cleaning and won't be available next week. So I decided to use the defective product anyway. Yes, the powder spilled a bit on my floor when I opened the box. but I have yet to scatter the powder. What can I complain about? Thing is, I recently moved to a new place and it's a carpeted house. Although the owner has promised that the carpet has just been professionally cleaned, the odd smell still lingers in the bedrooms. I wanted to hire a carpet cleaner but it's too much work and to be honest the carpet is really clean judging by the vacuuming it's just the smell. So I did my homework online and found this cleaning kit. And it worked. I have cleaned the carpet in one bedroom and on the stairs and the smell is GONE! It's generally easy to use, but it takes some effort to suck up all of the powder, especially in corners and at the bottom of walls. And I love the smell - it smells clean and pleasant while working but there is no smell after work which is great for my sensitive nose. I'll order another bucket of powder for other rooms. And I'm really sorry I won't get a box of loose powder this time! Manufacturer's recommendation: make the lid tighter! or pay attention to shipping to be careful!
