Review on GrantTracker+ by Joseph Harkins

It is easy to use, it's intuitive! I have not found anything that could be improved upon; everything works well together like it was designed by someone who knows what they're doing. The customer service support has been great as always--they are very responsive when you need assistance or just want more information about something in particular (or maybe even if there isn't much info at all). They don't provide any training after setup other than basic help documents but this only takes minutes with their live chat feature so no big deal either way really. We were able to solve some issues we had using our previous CRM system before switching over completely which allowed us time back into solving problems instead of spending hours trying to figure out how things worked under another program. The interface is very user friendly, allows customization of forms to fit your needs without having an IT department involved or have any technical knowledge at all! We are able fix issues if they arise quickly with little effort from our end as well! I definitely recommend this product over others we considered in terms off features/functionality that helped us solve problems faster than other products out there but also made it easier when fixing them later down stream (if needed).
