The best fundraising tracking program I've ever been a part of!

The best part about grant tracking is that it allows me to track my progress towards reaching fundraising goals, which I have been struggling with in previous years! It's helped immensely because we can see exactly where our money goes each month. Sometimes there are issues when entering data from other programs or departments so this could be resolved by creating an account manager who knows how your organization operates inside/out. We use their service as well as another provider called…

  • easy access via mobile device ipad app works really nice too..easy uploads into excel spreadsheet format..great email reporting capabilities...helps organize information easily within one place...a lot less tedious work required compared wth old manual process....very user friendly interface.fast response times..good helpdesk staff availability

Very good software for tracking and managing sales leads

It is easy to use, it's intuitive! I have not found anything that could be improved upon; everything works well together like it was designed by someone who knows what they're doing. The customer service support has been great as always--they are very responsive when you need assistance or just want more information about something in particular (or maybe even if there isn't much info at all). They don't provide any training after setup other than basic help documents but this only takes…

I have not started using it much but it does look like it has great functionality!

I love that it has integrated with our accounting system, so we can easily transfer funds around in one place! It is not very user friendly (it's difficult to navigate), but if you find your way through all of its features then there are some great tools here as well - especially since they have started adding more functionality over time like their recently released "Recurring Donations" module which integrates perfectly into this platform too!!
