Mop slides up and down Handle

The product works great with one big exception: the mop slides up and down from where it connects to the handle. I've seen some reviews mentioning this but thought it wouldn't be a big deal to work with, but it's quite frustrating and difficult to deal with - you have to constantly get the scraper in the right position and basically have it there hold until he leans against the window. Paying a little more for a different product would have been worth it.
