I ordered this for our new printer. I opened it up and found instructions to "carefully" remove the chip from the original cartridge and insert it into a replacement cartridge. Let me just say that the chip DOES NOT SLIDE EASILY. The chip was stuck! and nothing more than cutting the cartridge to access the chip will allow access to the chip. So these cartridges were of NO VALUE to me as I bought them just before the original cartridges were ready for replacement (and had already expired - what a waste of money)! Will not buy this product again.
