Works perfectly. on hardware
They work great. I used them almost every day to attach my scooter to my hitch. The second time I used them, I had to use pliers to unlock the mechanism on one of them. I sprayed them with some wd40 and haven't had any problems since. I've had these for about 5 months now. They are so easy to use that my 9 year old grandniece straps the scooter on and off the rack whenever she is there and we are going somewhere.
