Good reliable sound great price

I installed these in the front doors of my Volvo S70 to replace the stock speakers which were starting to drop out. They are a good replacement option and I used the original mounting bracket with about 1/4" of foam padding to allow for their greater mounting depth compared to standard speakers. The bass on them is acceptable (not amazing) but you have to make sure you get the correct polarity or it will sound like dirt. After checking for correct polarity and reinstalling the door panels, I was very happy with the overall sound. The black cones are not visible at all behind my speaker grilles. .
