After disassembling my Jeep a second time, cleaning, applying dielectric grease and tightening the zip ties, and noticing that one headlight was intermittently dimming, I contacted the headlight manufacturer to voice my concerns. He asked me to test the H4-H13 anti-flicker device, so I ordered and installed the RIGID devices after researching the intermittent light problem on the internet. Immediate fix.
