Buyers beware, do not like cold weather, such as B. Pure Michigan 30 below 0, safety feature must be off.

Buyers beware doesn't like cold weather like Net Michigan 30 under 0 which requires disabling security which only stopped two of them the other figured out how to open the lab door for them , but that stopped the dead animal surprises). Usually works fine, but in windy and cold weather, the automatic door opening sensor opens the door several times. "This is a known issue" and the only workaround is to disable security feed until warmer weather (described on page 8 of the guide for disabling security feed). In addition, the collars were made to turn the back of the head on a battery with a small liner. That means they might charge you $10 for two batteries. The solution to this problem is to buy a couple of CR2430s (you can get a pack of ten for $4), break two solder points, remove the contact tab and install them on a new CR2430 battery. Bending the tabs back and forth will eventually break them, requiring a replacement or two. A small problem is that the collar sensor has to be tilted slightly or the door will not open. I fixed this by placing the hair band at the very bottom of the collar box and then tying the collar box to the dog collar giving it the correct angle. Another problem is that my dogs twirled the collar box. An alternative solution to this problem is to use a zipper and leave the collar box hanging. which creates another problem. The hanging collar box can be torn off from the outside. Aside from these issues, the door works as advertised.
