No complaints, prints quickly and cleanly

Machine arrived well packaged and undamaged. It included a set of tools and accessories such as a hex screwdriver, paint filters, gloves, masks, a metal and plastic scraper, a USB drive with files and spare FEP film. The machine was working properly when the power was turned on. The Chitubox installer version on the USB was version 1.8.1 and the machine firmware version on delivery was v4.3.11. The current version on the Chitubox website is 1.9, and the monaural version 6.08 required a firmware update to 4.4.3 to use it, otherwise it would not recognize files written with version 1.9. I asked Qidi customer service about the update and if I should download and use the firmware update file from Chitubox website. About 6 hours later, they kindly sent me a copy of their update file and assured me that the update process was easy and safe. My printer was updated to version 4.4.3 with no problems. Attached images of frogs were made on Qidi 6.08 Mono after firmware update and cut with Chitubox 1.9 Free with default settings for Qidi 6.08 Mono and "normal" resin. I printed them with water washable, low odor Rich OPTO resin. Each is about two inches long. The prints came through with no problems and there was no odor. After updating the firmware, the printer will continue to read files created with the free Lychee slicer as well as the free version of Chitubox 1.19. Both file formats can be read by UVTools, which is also compatible with Qidi 6.08 mono.
