Mediocre quality. The cartridge is difficult to engage and disengage from the valve stem, and the control valve lets in more air than it pumps into the tire. The title is the best I can say; It's better than having to screw in a Schrader/Presta adapter every time you want to fill a pre-vent valve setup. I will probably transfer the cartridge to the valve of the blow gun, this is what the handle looks like. I had high hopes for money. The SKS Schrader Presta adapter and "tire inflation gun" are cheaper, better and offer more possibilities.
