This simple design is exactly what I was looking for but fitting our Volvo steering wheel required a little work. By slightly removing the two back corners we have a tray that hangs straight and is stable (just be careful not to bump your knees against it). I like that it is made of wood and that it can be easily adapted to our car. During the pandemic, we've had a lot of "picnics" in the car on long journeys. The tray made her much more comfortable. And because it's flat, it's easy to stow in the car when not in use.
