Convenient and Functional Steering Wheel Tray

This Automotive accessory is a game changer for busy people on-the-go. The tray allows for easy meal consumption or working on-the-go right from the comfort of your car. How, but. for steering accessory

This simple design is exactly what I was looking for but fitting our Volvo steering wheel required a little work. By slightly removing the two back corners we have a tray that hangs straight and is stable (just be careful not to bump your knees against it). I like that it is made of wood and that it can be easily adapted to our car. During the pandemic, we've had a lot of "picnics" in the car on long journeys. The tray made her much more comfortable. Warning - they are not made properly and will break

So everyone in woodworking should know that at no point of stress do you not make them along the grain. The direction of the wood fibers on them goes in the wrong direction. Mounting points that slide over the handlebars EASILY break. If the fibers went the other way OR they used bamboo in combination with a layer of something else (like plywood) this wouldn't have happened. Be careful.
