Review on BRCbeads by Jeff Olson

My dealings with BRCbeads Company have been fraught with frustration and dissatisfaction throughout. I placed an order for a wide variety of beads and supplies for creating jewelry; however, when the package arrived, the contents were of poor quality, and some of the items were even broken. When I called the customer service department to voice my complaints, the representatives I spoke with were ineffective and condescending. It was abundantly obvious that the company had no interest in either resolving the issue at hand or ensuring that the customer's needs were met. The packaging was also substandard, as evidenced by the fact that some of the beads became dislodged while in transport and arrived in a jumbled state. The whole purchasing experience was aggravating, and by the end, I had the impression that I had thrown away both my time and my money. The BRCbeads Company does not meet the criteria for being recommended to anyone searching for beads and jewelry making supplies of a high quality. This business is one that should be avoided because the items are of low quality, inadequate care is taken with the packaging, and the customer service is unresponsive.
