Hard for first-timers
The product was partly charged upon arrival which is great for first use. It is pretty hard to light candles with tho. It will not light if the candle wick has black built-up residue. It will start to light, sparks flies everywhere, and eventually turns off. I’ve started to cut the wick and clean it a little before lighting now. You will get black residue on the part that touches the wick, meaning you’ll need to wipe it after each use. I have noticed a high-pitch noise when holding down the button for use. Battery lasts a long time though.
- The lighter requires little maintenance, ensuring it lasts for an extended period without the need for repairs
- May not work well with certain types of blowtorches
