Buyers beware: remote starter

Bought this key after reading so many positive reviews but the locksmith tried to program for 40 minutes there was an error code saying the Key was either defective or previously programmed, so I don't have the money for it. I waited 30 days and couldn't get back through Amazon. I hoped the company would take pity on me but they didn't reply to my email.
