I've been using this product for almost a year and I love and hate it at the same time. When it works, it works well and conveniently. However, when filming a job, I have to intentionally tighten the pan and tilt controls (particularly the tilt knob) because they seem to loosen during recording, causing the camera to jump forward violently. Because of this, I broke the lens hood and had many close encounters. I would love to love this device even more but right now I just hate it and will be replacing it. designed object in a large body of water. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
