Review on 🚴 Rhinowalk Waterproof Bike Bag - 2 in 1 Pannier Backpack for Cycling, Convertible Shoulder Bag, Laptop Pannier, Professional Accessories by Johnny Nguyen

I bought this Rhinowalk bike bag to use on my daily commute to and from work. I've been using it for two weeks and have had some issues with it coming loose or getting stuck in my wheel spokes. In one instance it started hard enough to catch a water bottle cage and cause a tear. This should not happen within the first two weeks of use. You'll notice in the third picture how weak the back of the basket is, causing it to get caught in the spokes. When I use it as a backpack it holds up decently but is a bit clunky when switching to backpack. It's also surprisingly small. Rhinowalk advertises this bag as 24L capacity but I would rate it as 15L. They also advertised a matching waterproof case for it. The one I received was fluorescent yellow - last time I checked it didn't match the cold grey. When I asked about these issues with Rhinowalk, they still haven't responded to suggest any solution or replacement options. The warranty says it's a year old, but I haven't even been able to contact anyone at Rhinowalk yet.
