There was a card in my package that said if there was a problem they would be happy to help. I have emailed twice and also sent a message through their website with no response. The projection on the ceiling is great, but to get the time right I have to turn the clock to face the wall. I assumed there might be an easy fix, but I have no idea because they won't answer me. If the problem could be fixed soon after sending a message asking for help I would give them 5 stars. Instead, I hang my clock on the wall at night so that the time doesn't turn upside down when it shines on the ceiling. Then I put the clock forward during the day. Such a small issue but I think the company should have contacted me through my emails. I am now changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. So the day after I wrote the above review, I received an email with all the help I needed. Maybe they would have given a much higher rating from the start if they had acted in time. But the good news is that they helped and my problem is solved!
