As mentioned above this is a good belt. The black paint on the buckle doesn't rub or scratch, and the finish looks good. The buckle holds my adjusted fit well, never loosens. The belt itself is made of high quality material and good color. The main disadvantage is the piece of metal at the end. I could see it falling apart as soon as I assembled it and even before I put it on for the first time. I pushed it in several times and it didn't come off completely. This is a problem. The other pulls the belt through the loops of my pants, this metal tip always gets caught in the loops. What I did to fix the metal tip issue was modify the strap so the other end of the strap shows through the buckle. The end is cut and melted to keep it from tangling and looking neat, which suits me. I didn't trim the strap, I added an extra length of strap under another length of strap and you don't see the extra length. I gave the belt 4 stars because it looks good, I wear it every day for about a month and a half and it's comfortable. I don't know if I would buy another one though.
