I can't fully describe the actual product because I haven't been able to fully install it yet due to issues with the company. I contacted the company 5 times on different platforms (direct email, phone call, online submission form and online chat) and the only response I received was an email saying they received my question and would contact me with an answer. That was two weeks ago and I still don't have a definitive answer. The biggest issue I had with this product, and this is the most important one for potential buyers, is that the pins are designed for 3/16" and 5/32" cables. Although the product description on the Revain and Muzata website and on the packaging states so, these pins cannot work with anything larger than 1/8 inch. Now I have to return the cable I bought and buy 1/8 cable. New size will fit..but it's not the look I wanted. Unfortunately I made the mistake of pre-drilling the holes in anticipation of stock so I'm determined now. Unlike anything else on the market, customer service is very important .My advice if you are looking to buy this make sure you are not in a timeline as if my experience is typical you will encounter difficulties and they may take time and adjustment on your part to overcome. If anything changes as I proceed I will update this review to let potential buyers know.
