Mixed items best in railings and posts

19 were correct and one was a different size. Now I have 9 full sets instead of 10. Who can I contact without returning the entire order? work delay. You need to replace 1/8" with the correct size 5/32.

Requires 1/8 " stainless steel washers

We have had some issues with twist buckles twisting the wire and unscrewing the opposite end or the same end after tightened. We have a 1/8 -Added an inch washer between the swivel buckle and the ferrule at the end of the cable, this worked all the time to prevent the issue of the swivel buckle on the pinch loop catching and twisting the cable.

Tool not strong enough to install in arc fir

Instructions say 10mm pilot hole, good luck installing fasteners in anything other than mahogany or cork. I tried using it on arc fir. The tool cleaned the end of the fastener. Even if you drilled a 15/32 pilot hole, you subtracted the second before you even got halfway in. Since it's 14mm with a 2.5mm thread, it's a super custom size, you can't get a tap for that. You will need to get a custom faucet from your local mechanic shop

Useless junk / waste of money

Installation requires an expensive tool - there is no other use for it. Setscrews used to hold cables in place won't hold - almost 1/2 didn't hold the cable despite tightening the setscrews to the maximum - cable pops out at minimum tension - couldn't be tightened to keep the cable from splaying (by regulation). Customer service is useless - no answer despite multiple attempts (uncomfortable hours only at night). I broke the whole system and went to crimp installation. Absolute waste of time…

Doesn't work with 3/16 cable despite claims; Plus customer service is non-existent.

I can't fully describe the actual product because I haven't been able to fully install it yet due to issues with the company. I contacted the company 5 times on different platforms (direct email, phone call, online submission form and online chat) and the only response I received was an email saying they received my question and would contact me with an answer.
