I like that it can be used by many different doctors in my practice. It has been very easy to learn with no training needed! We have not had any issues yet but we are still new at this so there may come a time when something does go wrong. Make sure you know how to use your computer well before using this software. You will probably also need some help from someone who knows computers if you do not already understand them. This is great software that allows us to keep track of our patients' records as well as their medications.
