Made my first smoothie for breakfast today with this all-in-one vanilla. Frozen blueberries, almonds, almond milk, flaxseed are included (recipe is in their smoothie book, it's awesome!) In fact, for the first time after eating, my blood sugar didn't drop, which made me so tired I had to go back to bed . I was able to be productive for four hours straight. This is a game changer for me. I eat loads of sweets to keep my energy up, which only works for about 45 minutes. I feel good and was even able to cook myself a healthy lunch. I'm so tired of feeling tired. It's such a blessing. And the taste is very pleasant - not sweet and not chalky.
