We had trouble getting our new pup to fly. She ran out into the street and wanted to run freely to other courtyards and quarters. She didn't respond well to verbal commands. This collar is amazing. Battery life and ease of use are amazing! We haven't had to charge it since our first charge! Our dog responded well to the beep and vibration. We hoped we wouldn't have to use a shock at all, but a couple of times we had to because she ran after people nervously. We found that she responded at level 8. She weighs about 14 pounds. Now, after being shocked several times for safety, she responds to the vibration and fully understands that she must return to her base. It is wonderful. Now she can walk, run, play and relax with our family without worrying about running away or going somewhere she shouldn't go.
