Review on Westar EM 2827 Engine Mount by Jason Bellman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Read good information.

Greetings. I installed this in my 1999 Saturn SL2. (If you have double overhead I think you're fine.) The install took longer than expected. I used a 15mm deep socket for all 7 bolts/nuts. (Yes 7 and yes nuts and bolts.) See Richpin06 or something like that. He suggests loosening/retightening the bottom hook and his reason makes sense. The engine bolts on top were rough. I would recommend the bar. I used a 3" extension and a pair of gloves. (Along with liquid wrench, PB Blaster (much better than WD40)) One of my motor bolts was grounded. Back to where I found it After looking under the belt (same area as the water pump cowling) and up the bottom of the frame was gone I undid the 2 15mm bolts and re-tightened the pawl Went for a ride (personally I have a thud I think due to the heat shield) but I definitely think it did helped the tremors i had at low revs i had no judder at idle and still don't have it i think this is a bad product i WILL repost/edit my post Edit: removed the rest of my heat shield and my problem is gone. Good luck. Watch Richpin's video and upvote this review for others to see.
