Like many others, I have fond memories of old glass wax. The pink liquid was a feature of our home and its disappearance was a real loss. Wheaton Glass Wax is a different product and deserves to be judged on its own merits. It's a chalky liquid. The instructions say to use it sparingly, which is good advice. Small things have a big impact. I apply it with a damp sponge, let it dry matte and remove it with a microfiber cloth. The result is beautiful - clean, bright, without traces. Even the chrome in the bathroom shone. No, it's not the old Glass Wax, but Wheaton's is a worthy successor in my opinion.
