That all features are compatible with other electronics

As I am older and not upgrading to 3.4 or 5g I am ordering the wrong tablet. I don't understand the difference in numbers. Completely unsatisfied. I ordered this tablet to use as a phone and the volume is terrible. Also, I can't connect the tablet to the car phone like before. Looks like I'll have an update sooner rather than later.
